1. Service

AI Konas helps users find AI methods, steps, checks, and recovery guidance, and provides structured guidance to compatible AI services through a read-only MCP endpoint. No specific outcome, accuracy, legality, or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

Before first using registration, contributions, MCP connections, or another designated feature, users must review and affirmatively agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. AI Konas may record the agreed version, timestamp, and user identifier.

2. Accounts

Some features are available without registration. Sign-in uses Google authentication through Firebase Authentication; never enter your Google password into AI Konas. After authentication, a verified email address and account-specific ID are used for identification and account display.

If you use the service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. The organization is responsible for use by its officers, employees, contractors, and others using the service under its control.

Rate a method only after trying it. To prevent duplicate voting, only the latest rating per person, method, and version is counted. Rankings are a discovery aid and do not guarantee results.

3. Contribution eligibility

Contributions are limited to users aged 18 or older. Contributors must follow applicable laws and regional restrictions in their country of residence.

4. Contributions and rights

AI Konas or the applicable rights holder retains all rights in the service and operator-created text, images, code, interfaces, designs, databases, selection, classification and arrangement of data, search, recommendation and evaluation design, prompts, workflows, Blueprints, Skills, trademarks, and other materials. These Terms do not transfer or license any right beyond what is necessary for ordinary use of the service.

Submit only content you own or may lawfully share. Unauthorized copying of articles, paid materials, images, or other protected content is prohibited. Contributors retain ownership and grant AI Konas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license needed to host, format, translate, search, improve, and deliver the contribution within the service. The submission screen requires confirmation of this license.

Posts are published immediately. Only the signed-in author may edit or delete their post. The “AI Konas certified” mark is neither identity verification nor a publication requirement; it indicates a separate periodic operator review. Public posts that are not certified are not added to automatic MCP selection.

These Terms do not limit rights in outputs created by users themselves or lawful quotation and use permitted under applicable law.

5. Prohibited conduct

• Illegal, fraudulent, abusive, or rights-infringing activity
• Improper submission of personal data, secrets, or credentials
• Fabricated results, reviews, ratings, or sources
• Manipulating ratings or rankings through automation, multiple accounts, payments, or other coordinated activity
• Unauthorized reproduction, adaptation, transcription, redistribution, sale, or third-party provision of text, structured data, Blueprints, Skills, evaluation criteria, or other service materials
• Scraping, automated collection, systematic manual collection, outsourcing, multiple accounts, or other means used to bypass specifications, authentication, usage limits, quotas, rate controls, or protective measures
• Replicating all or a substantial part of the catalog, bulk export, reverse engineering, analysis of underlying structure, logic, or non-public specifications, or security interference (ordinary use of the public MCP within its specification and limits is allowed)
• Using service content, selection, classification or arrangement of data, search, recommendation or evaluation design, prompts, workflows, Blueprints, Skills, or other operator-created results to develop, provide, train, evaluate, or improve a competing or substantially similar product or service, third-party database, AI model, or training dataset
• Attempting to evade these restrictions by changing the expression, name, order, or format of obtained material
• Use that violates an AI provider's terms

If a violation or safety issue occurs, AI Konas may take reasonable action without prior notice, including unpublishing content, blocking access, restricting use, revoking connection keys, or suspending accounts. AI Konas may preserve relevant records as reasonably necessary to investigate violations, protect rights, or comply with law, and may seek cessation, deletion of obtained material, damages, or other relief available under applicable law.

6. AI risks and liability

AI output may be wrong, biased, or outdated. Verify high-impact decisions with qualified professionals and primary sources. Mandatory consumer law remains unaffected. To the extent permitted by law, AI Konas is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss absent willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Loops may repeatedly consume the connected AI provider's usage allowance, tokens, API charges, or other fees. Set provider-side usage caps and billing alerts before running a loop. A stop estimate shown by AI Konas does not guarantee a billing cap at the external provider.

7. Fees, changes, and law

Prices, renewals, cancellation, and payment timing will be shown before any paid order. Material changes will be announced before they apply. These terms are governed by Japanese law, and disputes will be handled by a Japanese court with jurisdiction under applicable procedural law.
